INGREDIENTS:

  1. 6 eggs
  2. 300 sugar
  3. 100 flour
  4. 200g dark chocolate
  5. 200 butter

PROCEDURE:

  • Melt the butter with the chocolate
  • Mix eggs,flour and sugar
  • Combine the two previously prepared and mix well
  • Sprinkle a baking dish with butter or use baking paper.
  • Preheat oven to 180 °
  • Bake in a static oven for about 40 minutes (or desired cooking)
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Apples 700 g
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Sugar 200 g
  4. Flour 200 g,Butter 100 g
  5. Lemons the rind and the juice of 1
  6. Milk 200 ml,Chemical baking powder 1 sachet
  7. Cinnamon powder 1 cucchiaino satin
  8. Salt 1 pinch
  9. Vanilla 1 berry
INGREDIENTS FOR CONSUMPTION
  1. Powdered sugar q.b.
  2. Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon
PROCEDURE
  • Peel the apples, cut them into slices and put in the container with lemon juice for not let them blacken;
  • Mix Eggs and Sugar, then add a bain-marie melted butter;
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture (should be not too liquid);
  • Drain the apple slices from the lemon juice and add them to the mixture.
  • Prepare the cake tin and pour the mixture, dusting the surface of powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes, then take out the apple pie and let it cool.
  • Serve the apple pie by sprinkling the surface again with another powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon

 INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 200 gr of flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • ½ glass of milk
  • 120 g of butter
  • chocolate chips to taste

PREPARATION:
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar together until you get a frothy mixture
  2. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture
  3. Add to the mixture the flour and the yeast sachet dissolved in the milk 
  4.  Add the chocolate chips to the mixture
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
  6. Allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar
